I am a full service realtor.

I can act as a buyers agent, or as a seller agent. I can also act as a dual agent representing buyers and sellers in the same transaction by having the broker in the office represent either the buyer or seller to avoid conflicts of interest.

I do sales of residential and commercial properties.

I do sales of co-ops and condominiums.

If you have special physical needs we can work with you to obtain a property that suits you. The MLS now supports listings of ADA compliant properties.

We have many bank contacts for mortgages if that is your wish.

We have many contacts for building inspection services, land surveyors, and lawyers for contract and closing purposes.

We can provide referrals in order for you to obtain speedy economical services for all your real estate transactions.

It is not uncommon for us to close a transaction in under 30 days.

I currently cover the fine communities of Ossining, Croton-on-Hudson, Cortlandt Manor, Tarrytown, Irvington, Dobbs Ferry, Greenburgh, Elmsford, Millwood, Pleasantville, Briarcliff, Briarcliff Manor, Valhalla, Hawthorne, Chappaqua, Sleepy Hollow, Thornwood, White Plains, Montrose, Buchanan,  Scarborough, and Highland Falls. If your desire is outside of these areas please contact me, I will go the extra mile!
