I will prepare a comparative market analysis sheet showing what the properties in your area have sold for recently, and what would be considered a reasonable price for your property. The analysis will also tell you approximately when you can reasonably expect to sell allowing you to better prepare for your departure.

We will list your property with the Westchester Putnam Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which will allow your property to be seen by other agents, agencies, and buyers. Your property will appear in Realtor.com as a showcase featured listing. Your property will be advertised in the local Pennysaver publication with a circulation of over 250,000 copies per week.

I can place signs on your property and signs in the general vicinity to mark your property, guide the way for prospective buyers, and to pick up drive by customers. This is voluntary. In addition, your municipality must allow such signs to be placed. Some municipalities have an ordinance prohibiting such displays.
